A. Not at all. In fact, you will be given ideas on how to best market your existing home, pricing information, and more free ideas on the first visit whether or not you list with Delaware Homes.

A. Yes. Delaware Homes Real Estate is a member in good standing with Bright MLS and your home will be on a system covering over 40,000 square miles , 20 million customers including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Q. How long of a listing agreement do I need to sign?

A. Your listing agreement allows for 24 hour cancellation by you or Delaware Homes Real Estate at any time. If your expectations are not met or you feel Delaware Homes is not a good fit, you can shake hands and still be friends. Delaware Homes has been doing business like this for over 15 years.
