Mike Selvaggio, CRS, CCIM
Mike Selvaggio, born and raised in Delaware, has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. He has a Business Management degree from the University of Baltimore.
Mike was named REALTOR of the Year of State of Delaware Association of REALTORS®. He has served as President of the Delaware Association of Realtors, and President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS®
Mike is a Certified Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and served as the 2008 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists, National Director, Regional Vice President, and other positions.
His specialty is negotiation and he brings all his skills to our clients and the agents that represent them.
Andrea Selvaggio, CRS
Andrea Selvaggio has been a REALTOR for 23 years. She also has her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in social work. She was awarded her Certified Residential Specialist Designation in 2008. She teaches for the Delaware Association of Realtors and is a published author.
Andrea mostly enjoys working with first-time home buyers and sellers. “I love real estate. I mostly love real estate relationships. I got my masters degree basically in relationships if you think about what social work means. Real estate is about the people you meet and how you connect with them. It's all about the relationship.”
Andrea has lived in Delaware for 25 years. Her home is in Clayton where she lives with her husband, son and their two dogs.
In her free time she enjoys reading, running and spending time on the beach with her family in Lewes, Delaware.
Barbara Heilman, CRS
Barbara Heilman earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2005. She is the Broker of Record for Delaware Homes Real Estate. Barbara has over 35 years of experience with new home and resale home sales and marketing. She manages our team and coordinates all of our resources so that everything runs smoothly, on time, and without delays. She is a Regal Award WInner and has also earned the 5 Star Specialist award. Barbara knows the power of timing in a great real estate move and empathizes with all our customers.
